Getting Rid of Cellulite – My search to find a fix!

Cellulite has always appeared as a very taboo subject to me, especially being a young woman. People seem to drill it into you from a young age that cellulite is evil, it only appears on the oldest and foulest people and if you have it, you’re disgusting. The fact of the matter is cellulite happens! And it often happens to the best of us! But fear not! There are ways of preventing and fixing this whether it be getting rid of thigh cellulite, leg cellulite, or getting rid of cellulite in general!
My lifestyle is quite busy. I’m currently at university, have a job on the side of that and also enjoy tending to my social life – exercise doesn’t (or should I say, didn’t) really have a big place in my life. So when I got to the point where I decided my (albeit little amount of) cellulite was making me unhappy I wanted a quick set of exercises that I could slot into 20 minute gaps whenever suited me best throughout the day.
Can Naked Beauty – Rid Mt Cellulite?
It was my mum who recommended me the Naked Beauty “SYMULAST” Method program by Joe Atlas after she had used it herself and found it really helpful. I was a bit wary of it at first because I’ve never had a lot of success with actually enjoying or sticking to programs – I just don’t LOVE exercising, SHOCKING. However, I decided I better take the plunge and eventually after looking at many positive Joey Atlas reviews on his workouts for cellulite invested in the program.
The thing I like best about the Naked Beauty program is that it’s so easy to follow and work into your daily routine. The exercises are simple, effective and mainly focus on thigh exercises and lower body exercises (if you’re looking for the more complex name, “Synergistic Muscle Layer Stimulation” exercises). They’re very easy to pickup, so after the first couple of times I’d done the routines I had managed to pick up the routine completely, not needing to fuss around with putting the video on which I often found with previous DVD’s and programs that I couldn’t be bothered with. The first time I tried it out I didn’t feel lost, blindly following some complex routine that would leave me feeling more disgusting and unfit than I had before the video.
With that being said the routines are not boring and an online option allows you to keep updating and progressing through different routines if you want more or like to mix it up. The arm and stomach videos I have found are particularly helpful and I’ve added them into my – and I can’t believe I am actually saying this – my very own fitness routine (never actually thought I’d have one of those).
The routines can work for and be used by anyone of any age to work on whatever amount of cellulite you have. The exercises are really so simple and an easier and more advanced option are given which allow you to choose how far you take each exercise, which makes it suitable for anyone and everyone – excellent!
Another problem I’ve had with other DVD’s/programs is that they’ve left me feeling, as I mentioned above “disgusting” in one way or another. They’ve left me feeling super sweaty, out of breath and trembling with weakness, which are three things I simply do not have the desire to feel – ever! Although these exercises will have you breaking a sweat they do not leave you feeling defeated, they leave you feeling healthy.
One thing I have always liked about exercise is the feel of it working. You can definitely feel your muscles working away at that cellulite. The exercises you do involve fluid movements that are more extreme versions of natural human movement so you’re not doing anything that is going to damage your body. It’s not like yoga where you’re holding these excruciating poses, looking like an idiot, feeling even worse and wanting to die and it’s not like a silly dance video where you’re breathless, sweating all over the place and again, looking and feeling like a fool. With the Naked Beauty program you don’t look or feel like an idiot, you are simply working on your problems, feeling it working and feeling confident whilst doing it in the comfort of your own home, which is what I’ve always been looking for!
So does it work? I have to say, since doing this for 3-4 weeks I am positive I’ve seen a change. My cellulite has definitely reduced (not long to go now before it’s all gone I think), I feel healthier, I look healthier and it’s not just me who has noticed a change! I’ve received many compliments from my friends telling me that I look great and my clothes are definitely feeling a lot looser than they did before.
I would without a doubt recommend the Naked Beauty program because it has honestly really worked for me. It hasn’t just been a great way to get rid of cellulite for me (which it has) but it’s left me feeling healthier, happier and – dare I say it – fairly interested in exercise and fitness! Hopefully this has helped anyone interested in this program and in ridding themselves of cellulite!
