Reason #1 Symulast Is Super Effective Against Cellulite
To understand how Symulast can be effective in getting rid of cellulite we firstly need to understand what cellulite actually is.
And whilst were doing that we can also save you a lot of money by highlighting some of the treatments that medically cannot possibly reduce cellulite in the long term.
So firstly lets define what cellulite actually is…
Let's use the Wikipedia definition…
"Cellulite is a topographic skin change that occurs in most postpubertal females. It presents as a modification of skin topography evident by skin dimpling and nodularity that occurs mainly in women on the pelvic region, lower limbs, and abdomen, and is caused by the herniation of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue, leading to a padded or orange peel–like appearance.
Cellulite is a description rather than a physical object. The term was first used in the 1920s, and began appearing in English language publications in the late 1960s, with the earliest reference in Vogue magazine, "Like a swift migrating fish, the word cellulite has suddenly crossed the Atlantic."
Its existence as a real disorder has been questioned, and the prevailing medical opinion is that it is merely the "normal condition of many women". One cosmetic company has noted its historical place in industrialised societies as an "inappropriate term used by women to describe curves which they judge to be too plump and not very aesthetic".
Sticking with Wikipedia let's see what they have collected regarding medical proof of treating cellulite…
"Numerous therapies for the treatment of cellulite are available, but empirical evidence for the efficacy of these strategies is limited. In an interview with the New York Times, Dr. Molly Wanner, an instructor in dermatology at Harvard Medical School and an author of a 2008 evidence-based review of existing treatments, asserted: “At this point, there is no outstanding treatment for cellulite.”
Dr. Michael F. McGuire, a clinical associate professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, confirmed “realistically, there is no cure for cellulite."

Let's look a little closer at what Dr Molly Wanner from Harvard Medical School has to say…
But rumors of a cure are greatly exaggerated. “At this point, there is no outstanding treatment for cellulite,” said Dr. Molly Wanner, an instructor in dermatology at Harvard Medical School and an author of an evidence-based review of existing treatments in 2008. A lasting remedy would have to address the interplay between skin, fat, connective tissue and underlying muscle.
This is a fascinating article and puts all cures and treatments for cellulite down as temporary at best, and as a total waste of money in most over hyped solutions. To read the full article please click here…
If you read the article it's pretty gloomy stuff if you're hoping to shift your cellulite, however to give up just yet…
There's a clue in Dr Molly Wanner's last sentence "A lasting remedy would have to address the interplay between skin, fat, connective tissue and underlying muscle."
Also let's not forget how the press like to photograph beautiful celebrities and their cellulite, especially if they are going through a tough spell and let themselves go a bit. However role forward to happier days when said celeb is in a 'better place' and clearly back to looking after themselves… and hey presto no more (or drastically reduced) cellulite.
The Beautiful Britney Spears get's a real hard time in the press with no shortage of 'cellulite shots' from the times when she is not as busy working.
However when she's happy and working (I hope she's happy again, she sure looks good) again she clearly looses weight and dramatically reduces cellulite.
In Britney's case her dancing helps her reduce weight and cellulite.
So could there be a link between exercise and reducing cellulite?
Enter Symulast
What on earth is 'symulast'?
Symulast is derived from the medical term 'synergistic muscle layer stimulation', it takes the first two letters from each word to rather cleverly create the word symulast.
Synergistic muscle layer stimulation is a term for specialized exercises usually used to help injury victims recover the full use of their muscles. The exercises are sympathetic to the patient, and can be developed and intensified as patients recover. The exercises don't require any equipment, weights, gym membership or even supervision.
These exercises are natural body movements that stimulate multiple muscle groups at the same time and when done at the right tempo, and with the right form are super effective in re-toning muscles.
So can synergistic muscle layer exercises be used to beat cellulite?
Short answer…
Yes!
The word 'symulast' was created by world renown women's fitness trainer Joey Atlas, as a less complicated term to describe the exercises in his top selling Cellulite exercise reduction program 'Naked Beauty The Symulast Method' to give it it's full title.
So reason #1 symulast is effective in combating cellulite is that exercise is the only recognized technique for reducing cellulite.
As further evidence for the case of exercise from the interesting article by Melissa Conrad Stöppler, MD confirms that there is little if no proof of any significant improvement in the appearance of cellulite from using the majority of cellulite treatments, even the FDA approved ones seem to use smoke and mirrors to suggest better performance than reality…
In summary suggesting…"In summary, eating a healthy diet and keeping muscles toned by regular exercise seem like reasonable approaches to keeping the body as taut and smooth as it can be." …Go here to read the original article
Reason # 2 Symulast Is The Best Type Of Exercise For Reducing Cellulite
So we've established exercise is the only course of action to permanently reduce cellulite.
So why symulast exercises?
In short the real cause of cellulite is your muscle fibers underneath your skin and fat tissue loosing the 'condition' and becoming saggy. Strong toned muscles support the fat and skin keeping it smooth, it's why you can see some larger ladies without cellulite, because cellulite isn't the fat, it's the dimples caused by poorly supported skin.
Symulast exercises are super effective at reducing cellulite because they have been specially designed to do ONLY that.
They are if you like synergistic muscle layer stimulation exercises aimed only at the muscles of the lower body, where the cellulite likes to hang out.
Reason #3 Symulast Method Exercises Are Super Simple
The final reason symulast exercises are so effective in fighting cellulite is that they are super simple.
Everyone can do them, they are based on natural body weight movements (even suitable for people recovering from injury – though always consult your Doctor), the difficulty or intensity from the exercise comes from the distance or range of movement you are able to perform.
The tempo or speed you conduct the exercise is also key. These movements are done slowwwwwly as this stimulates the muscles far more than movements aided by momentum.
The sequence of exercise is also important, they key is to target multiple muscle groups or the lower body, as intensely, but as quickly as possible.
It's also really important NOT TO OVER TRAIN hence 20 – 25 minutes two or three times a week is ALL you need to see a reduction in your cellulite.
