How The Symulast Method Reduces Cellulite

The Symulast Method is a term coined by top women’s health coach Joey Atlas. Symulast refers to the specific exercise movements that have been proven to best reduce the appearance of cellulite.

The technical term for these exercises is ‘Synergistic Muscle Layer Stimulation’ exercises. You can see the need to shorten 🙂

What makes these Symulast exercises so great at getting rid of cellulite is that they are so specifically targeted at the ‘groups’ of muscles in the commonly affected areas of the lower body. Joey has discovered that by making certain very natural movements at the right speed, and with the correct recovery time, these groups of muscles will be stimulated and over time will tone up and strengthen.

The other point to make here is that the exercises will tone rather than build more muscle; the objective is to have a toned lower body, rather than look like a steroid pumped Amazonian.

Naked Beauty Review - The Stymulast Method Example ExerciseAnother great thing about these Stymulast exercises is that the resistance is provided by your own body weight, so no gym equipment or exercise equipment is required at all!

The exercises are affective for all athletic abilities as whatever the range of movement you can make is OK, over time your muscles will become more flexible, and toned.

Click here to hear Joey explain exactly what causes cellulite and how these Stymulast method exercises reduce the appearance of cellulite.

The video left explains that cellulite is NOT a skin or fat issue and that’s why creams and pills are a complete waste of money.

It goes on to cover muscle atrophy which is the real problem and that Symulast Exercises are really Synergistic Muscle Layer Stimulation Exercises.

But Symulast is much easier to say and remember.

The exercises work by stimulating many muscles simultaneously and require the correct sequence, form and speed for maximum results

OK so why does having toned muscles reduce the appearance of cellulite?

Firstly we need to understand what cellulite actually is.

what is cellulite image of celluliteCellulite is a term used to describe the dimpled appearance of skin caused by fat deposits that are just below the surface of the skin. It generally appears on skin in the abdomen, lower limbs, and pelvic region, and it usually occurs after puberty. Cellulite is also known as adiposis edematosa, dermopanniculosis deformans, status protrusus cutis, and gynoid lipodystrophy in the medical field and as orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, hail damage, and the mattress phenomenon in colloquial language.

Cellulite is often classified using three grades. Grade 1 classification sees no clinical symptoms, but a microscopic examination of cells from the area detects underlying anatomical changes. Grade 2 cellulite requires the skin to show pallor (pastiness), be lower temperature, and have decreased elasticity in addition to anatomical changes noted by microscopic examinations. Grade 3 cellulite has visible roughness of the skin (like an orange peel) along with all grade 2 signs. Cellulite occurs in both men and women, but it is much more common in women because they are more likely to have particular types of fat and connective tissue.

The article goes on to talk about what causes cellulite and admits that today still very little is medically proven about cellulite. It’s a great article and be read here…

The article concludes a point on what can be done to reduce cellulite with this rather telling line

Cellulite reduction techniques such as liposuction and dieting actually do not remove cellulite. However, eating a healthful, balanced diet and exercising may be the best way to reduce the fat content in cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Joey’s Stymulast method exercises reduce the appearance of cellulite by toning the muscles of the lower body where cellulite mostly occurs. You see when those muscles loose condition they become saggy (muscle atrophy) and fail to support the skin properly, this sagging creates the fatty dimpled areas that look like orange peel that we women are so terrified by (certainly I am though I know it’s only natural).

However if you tone those muscles, you smooth your skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite- Yeah!!

I watched the Joey Atlas video all the way through, and would like to order the book and videos for $49.95. I tried and when I got to Paypal it bumped me off.

I live in Thailand right now, but my Paypal account is in American Dollars in the U.S.

Usually that doesn’t make a difference, can you help me?
